When our brother died on Cape Cod in February, we learned to our dismay just how extensive his hoarding problem was. We turned to a friend and former REALTOR of ours, he referred us to Lynn as a former colleague who had moved to the Cape. We had dealt with other REALTORS and contractors before we hired Lynn, and no one seemed able to help us deal with the situation, and being long distance, it was a difficult time. Lynn jumped right on the problem, located professional contractors, and oversaw the emptying of the house. We had to have separate contractors to haul away metal and 4 junk cars and she helped with that. Finally, we had to have a contractor haul away a potting shed that straddled the property line.
