The beach is framed by two jetties to provide a calmer oasis. Spending time at this beachfront home set on 1.72 acres on Black Beach is enjoyable and incredibly soothing. The three bedroom main home is sited on a bluff and enjoys stunning waterviews of Buzzards Bay and spectacular sunsets from the expansive deck. The interior has updates and is cozy with a fireplace or central air conditioning for those summer days. The guest cottage is across the dirt lane and referred to as the ''Marsh House.'' It is a three bedroom seasonal cottage on the Great Sippewisset marsh. This tranquil coastal setting is in the BBHA, and close to the Shining Sea Bicycle path.
