About Mary Kaminski

Having struck the perfect work-life balance, Mary Kaminski is an expert on all things Cape Cod. With origins in the Finger Lakes region of New York and an educational background that spans from Vermont to Kansas, some might say Mary possesses a depth of knowledge that only a few are lucky enough to attain. After spending years living on Massachusetts’ South Shore, Mary decided that a move back to Cape Cod - where she spent the beginning of her professional career - was the right fit for her future goals. Cape Cod is where she truly feels at home. Since then, Mary has been involved in numerous real estate transactions across the region, with a special focus on towns across the Upper Cape.

 

Mary is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® to help meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation from the National Association of Realtors®, Mary is prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.

 

Eager to help all whom she meets, Mary is consistently personable, patient, and professional. She has spent years working with families within the field of special education and has been a consultant to dozens of school districts and families, working to ensure that quality services are provided. Eager to transfer this professional skillset to the real estate industry, Mary is excited to continue working with families to secure housing, evaluate locations and towns, or even find the perfect vacation home.

 

Mary is looking to bring her love of the Cape, her care and compassion for families, and her exquisite ability to listen to the needs and desires of her clients, to every real estate transaction. It’s important to her that she assists clients in finding the home that is just right for them, and that they are treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process.
